Did CCP really need to divulge that level of detail? No, and it's disgusting to use an employee tragedy in this manner.

This is utter bull****. The outing of the details of Pann's personal tragedy on the company gaming forum only serves to highlight the deep issues this company has.

Its not like CCP Fallout just went on with a new thread saying hey guess what guys. People were asking questions about where the info she promised for today was, he answered them, probably with pann's permission. So you and all the other people raging about this can take your tinfoil hats off and show a little support. Either that or just GTFO.

Tinfoil has nothing to do with it. It it grossly inappropriate to divulge that level of detail of member of staff's tragedy. It is, as I stated earlier, complete and utter bull****.

She's probably shocked that you are so unprofessional and incompetent to actually divulge the details of her personal situation. The natural outpouring of sympathy for a child in distress is guaranteed, and in light of the timing reeks of opportunism.
Fallout, you should be ashamed of yourself. Any other professional would have said something to the effect of "CCP Pann has had a family emergency".
